November 2009
Salvage operation for RACT Insurance Pty Ltd. Our experienced team successfully recovered and removed a submerged vessel, at Austin’s Ferry on the River Derwent, Tasmania.


Trident Australasia for Nexus Energy, Bass Strait

April to May 2009
Post lay survey, using the Seaeye Falcon ROV, of a gas pipeline in the Longtom Gas Field, Gippsland Basin, Bass Strait. The survey was completed over 18km's with depths up to 60m on the MV DP1 Arc Sydney. The project included the survey of Longtom 3, Longtom 4 and Patricia Baleen wellheads. Working in conjunction with Neptune Geomatics, Dive Works successfully completed the survey on time and on budget.

February to March 2009
ROV inspection of the Patricia-Baleen and Longtom Well heads, plus inspection of the flow lines and umbilicals in the Longtom basin in Bass Strait. Identified and produced a report on the sea floor for potential obstructions for pipe lay installation. This job was completed for Trident Australasia Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Neptune MS and Nexus Energy on the vessel MV 'Unlimited'. More...

Survey of a damaged gas pipeline at Port Melbourne using the Seaeye Falcon ROV and tracking system working off the Callypso Star vessel. Worked in conjunction with DOF Subsea and ESSO.

Using the Seaeye Falcon ROV to retrieve a data monitor off an oil delivery line on the Basker 3 oil well head, located approximately 160m deep in the Basker-Manta Oil & Gas Fields, Bass Strait. More...

ROV inspection of the manifolds and well heads in the Basker-Manta Oil & Gas Fields. Plus the fitting of monitors and brackets on the oil delivery lines, by ROV. More...

Subsea inspection, using the Seaeye Falcon ROV, of the Basker Spirit three point mooring system and oil delivery line and hanger in the Basker-Manta Oil & Gas Fields. Depth to 110 metres.

Inspection of the Crystal Ocean Turret Mooring, at 40 metres deep, using the Seaeye Falcon ROV; manoeuvring 50mm plasma lines, fitted a retrieving line to bring to surface for recovery. Work vessel Pacific Protector.

Subsea installation, using the Seaeye Falcon ROV, of Locking Pin and Hook on the Basker Spirit Mooring in the Basker-Manta Oil & Gas Fields.

Working off the Pacific Crest. Inspection of a 50mm plasma line in Bass Strait.

Mooring inspection of the Basker Spirit and monorley hoses including written report, using Seaeye Falcon. Maximum depth to 97 metres.

Working off the Pacific Protector in conjunction with Fugro using the Seaeye Falcon ROV. Located and replaced sea bed transponders around the vessel 'Crystal Ocean' in the Basker-Manta Oil & Gas Fields. Depth to 140 metres.
