Prior to commencement of the survey, the mobilisation date was pushed back several times over a two month period. Without the high level of flexibility and dedication to the survey shown by Dive Works, the survey would not have proceeded. Each time the survey schedule slipped, Andrew [Ford – Managing Director] took the change in his stride and continued to provide planning support to myself where required. Dive Works were also always the first contractor to send through any documentation required to close-out the planning stage of the programme. The cost estimate provided prior to the job commencement was highly accurate which was reflective on Andrew’s understanding of the scope of work and level of involvement required by Dive Works to complete the job.”
