Search and Recovery

During an inspection undertaken by Dive Works in a decommissioned oil field, debris was identified and successfully recovered by our Observation Class Seaeye Falcon ROV.

In an incredible feat for an Observation Class ROV, the Dive Works ROV pilot was able to lift and retrieve a shackle from the sea floor. Weighing approximately 190kg, and at a depth of 142m, it took significant skill and experience to bring the shackle to the surface.
