For each project, Dive Works’ experienced Supervisors, Pilots and Technicians ensure a comprehensive project scope review and risk assessment phase is completed prior to finalisation of the Project Execution Plan. This includes a complete Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and development of project Risk Assessment (RA). We then run a coordinated delivery of work scope in conjunction with the client, crew and vessel(s) involved. Finally, we complete a full report on all aspects of service delivery including video and pictorial footage provided on DVD, presented to clients as evidenced outcomes and assurance of successful completion.
Protecting the environment is paramount to the way we operate. We assess each project and ensure that the campaign is completed in an environmentally friendly and non-invasive manner. Our Environmental Management System is in full compliance with, and certified to, the environmental management standard ISO 14001. The management system is also focused on ensuring full compliance with all applicable international and local environmental legislation wherever we operate.
